Aida Batlle is a fifth generation coffee producer operating her family's three farms in Santa Ana, El Salvador. In 2003 Aida entered her first Cup of Excellence competition and won wither world renown Kilimanjaro. Aida was the first woman to win COE, and her program was the first to name and create the Cascara we know today. Now, on top of her family farms, Aida operates the ABS program where she partners with amazing producers in El Salvador, Brazil, and Mexico to bring the world what made her family farms so special in other formats!
